The 20% planning deposit is non-refundable because custom consulting, itinerary design and resource coordination begin after the deposit is paid.

The deposit may be transferred to a revised date or destination when requested at least 72 hours before departure and confirmed by Vincetravel. Third-party non-refundable costs may still be charged to the client.

Changes within 72 hours of departure are handled case by case and may require additional payment.
