Vincetravel collects a 20% planning deposit online before custom itinerary work begins. After you submit the planning form, the website calculates the deposit from your selected service tier and service days, then opens a secure checkout page.

Card details are handled by the payment processor. Do not send card numbers, passwords, bank passwords or payment app passwords by email or WeChat.

The remaining balance, third-party travel costs, hotels, tickets and special arrangements are confirmed separately after planning begins. Payment processor fees, currency conversion, cross-border fees and refund handling rules may vary by provider.
